OurMovieSimilarity: Cognitive Similarity-based Recommendation
- How to measure the cognitive similarity between users?
- This research aims to explore the cognitive similarity between users, then we can define the most similar user for the active user. The cognition of users is defined as their priority when they identify similar items. In particular, a movie domain is used as a case study to prove our model.

Dakgalbi: Scalable Recommendation Framework based on Information Fusion
- Data is represented as a matrix. There have many kinds of matrix based on the types of data. DakGalBi system is able to process the matrix by incremental consolidation. The more data it has received, the more accurate it produces the predictions.

Computational Negotiation (CompNego): From the Internet of Things to the Internet of Agents
- With the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), a new concept is introduced, which is named Internet of Agent (IoA), this concept enables connected agents into smart agents which include three conceptual standpoints: Identification, Communication, and Interaction. Our research focuses on the interaction of smart agents in terms of computational negotiation which is able to apply various domains such as smart transportation, smart home, and so on.

SocioPedia: A Real-time Knowledge Graph Completion System using Up-to-Date Extracted Knowledge from Social Networks
- In the recent era of information explosion, quick variations of information have driven the necessity of constantly updating current open knowledge graphs, whose knowledge typically is a slow update and even might be out-of-date. To address this issue, we focus on complementing open knowledge with the knowledge from social networks, which is an expeditious solution for broadcasting up-to-date knowledge. In particular, we introduce SocioPedia, which is a real-time knowledge graph completion system using up-to-date extracted knowledge from social networks. SocioPedia aims to perform a real-time automatic light-weight data collection, extract reliable and highly interconnected up-to-date knowledge. Furthermore, SocioPedia provides a user-friendly and intuitive environment, which is optimized for user classes of knowledge graph contributors and domain experts/data analysts.

StoryQ: from Quantizing to Understanding Stories
- This research project aims to model and analyze stories of the narrative work (i.e., artworks that contain stories) computationally. Our previous studies on this area are mainly based on the character network (i.e., social networks between characters that appear in the narrative work).

Social RecSys
- This is extended from MyMovieHistory project.
- This application is personal diary about movie watching history, and you can see many information about the movies, analyzed your history using PC and Mobile.
MyMovieHistory
- Collecting and analyzing personal lifelogging data on movies
- Personalized recommender services on movies
